Payment

How can I pay?

We try to make payment as easy as possible for you. You can complete your order securely using the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: with the ease of your PayPal account
  • Debit card: via the trusted online environment of your bank
  • Credit card: with your Visa, Mastercard, and DC cards
  • Alipay and Wechat pay: with Alipay or Wechat pay the amount will either be debited directly from your bank account or be the virtual money already saved inside the application.

It is noted that Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of U.K.

       

 

 

How can I use my promotion code?

You can use your promotion code (usually retrieved from our ambassador) when checking out. After selecting the desired cloth in your shipping cart, you will proceed to check out. Please enter your promotion code into the checkout bar on this payment page, where you can find the title as promotion code.

 

Payment for the order was unsuccessful

If your order payment was unsuccessful, try emptying your shopping cart and then deleting your cookies (instructions for this vary per browser and you can find them easily using a search engine such as Google). Usually, you can complete your order once your cookies have been removed.

Still stuck or would you simply prefer our help? Naturally, you can also place your order via our official e-mail.  

Tip: also, try another browser or a different device if the payment is unsuccessful.

 

  

 

Delivery

How quickly will I receive my order?

We will let you know when your order is on its way; you will receive an e-mail with your track & trace code once the payment is done. It’s worth using this code to track your order via our carrier, so that you will know exactly when you can expect it. We will mail your package within 7 working days. Currently, our customers from US, UK, Russia, and EU can enjoy the free shipping policy; for customers from other areas, a certain level of the shipping fee will be charged.


Why does it sometimes take a little longer?

Your order may experience a delay at our carrier. Keep an eye on your track & trace code.

If an ordered product is not in stock, we generally refund the order.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, the shipping period may vary.

 

 

Returns

Jakit Original Down offers you 15 days warranty for all products.

 

Return Process

From the day you receive your order, you have 15 days to return your item. Log into your account and click on the "Returns" tab and fill out the return form. If you do not have an account, email us through the official account. Please attach at least one picture to confirm that the returned item is intact with its original manufacture tags and packaging.  

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your items.  Please make sure that the returned item is in "sellable condition"(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you.  Please also make sure that you send out the returns within 1 week of receiving the return label, otherwise we will not issue an exchange or refund for you. 

 

Return shipping

If the products received are defective or incorrect, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost incurred in returns.

Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost will vary based on the carrier you choose. 

We suggest using the original box or envelope that came with products for the return package, to avoid additional return shipping costs. 

We will cover the return shipping cost in the following types of situations:

  • Manufacture defects: quality issues, zipper defects, rip or torn
  • Wrong/missing item from the package.

However, we do not cover the return shipping fee in the following situations:

  • Wrong size/colour ordered
  • Changed mind/ Item no longer wanted
  • Any other reasons 

 

Important notes - sellable condition

The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
